Mr. Bruce Cheung

Executive Chairman
Mr Bruce Cheung is the Executive Chairman of Pardoo Beef Corporation. He is an experienced entrepreneur who has held executive and board roles in several leading companies including Hongta International and OneTel. Bruce has an extensive career in international trade throughout Asia. Bruce is Chair and Co-founder of China International Duty Free (CIDF) – a leading supplier of consumer goods with over 100 locations globally through airports, cruise ships and airlines. The CIDF channel puts brands in front of 120 million Chinese customers annually. Bruce has invested into Western Australia to create a legacy impact and is uniquely positioned to leverage premium export beef into the Asian market.

Mr. Andrew ORegan
Non Executive Director Board of Management
Andrew’s background is in general management and marketing. He worked with British American Tobacco (BAT), a FTSE 100 company, for 23 years. His career there culminated in a number of senior management roles, the last of which was as Area Director for Greater China. Prior to that he led a number of large business units in challenging markets such as Vietnam and Sri Lanka and has lived and worked in 11 countries. Since leaving BAT in 2012 he co-founded an FMCG business in New Zealand, of which he’s a major shareholder and board member. He is a Director of a duty-free distribution company in Hong Kong and has been involved with Pardoo Beef Corporation since its inception. He has a B.Sc in Food Science (1982)  from University College Cork, Ireland. He completed a Diploma Level Non-Executive Director Programme run by the FT in 2014. He currently resides in London.

Mr. Wayne Cox
Director
Wayne is a Director of Pardoo Beef Corporation since its inception in 2014. He joined Pascoe & Partners Perth in 1999 and has since developed specialties in business structures, superannuation, native title trusts and foundations. His accounting experience has included working in Perth and Carnarvon, where his family ran a banana and mango plantation. Wayne has a Master of Taxation and Bachelor of Business from Curtin University, a Diploma of Financial Services (FP) and is also a Tax Institute Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant. He is a board member of the C.Y. O’Connor Erade Village Foundation.

Mr Grant Rockman
Chief Executive Officer
Grant joined the company in November 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and on 1 March 2024 was appointed Chief Executive Officer. His remit covers the northern operations in the Pilbara and the Kimberley, the Genetics and Breeding Centre, Hospitality, Marketing and Sales, and the corporate office in Perth. He has over 23 years commercial management experience within the agribusiness, manufacturing, and travel sectors.
His recent career has spanned five years within the Agriculture Division of Hancock Prospecting Group and prior to that, ten years with MG Kailis Group during which time he initiated and executed several transformative business improvements and efficiencies. Grant is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.

Mr Wen Chong
Chief Financial Officer
Wen is a highly credentialled finance professional who joined the company in June 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. He developed an interest in the agricultural sector when he joined Fogarty Wine Group in 2017 as Group Financial Controller where he played a significant role in the growth of the Group. Prior to that he worked with ASX listed NRW Holdings Ltd and as an external auditor with Grant Thornton Australia.

At Pardoo Wagyu, Wen is responsible for the financial management of the whole of operations in the Kimberley, the Pilbara and Perth. With strong communications skills and commercial acumen he is able to guide the strategic direction of the Company. Wen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant.

Ms. Monica Chetty
Director Strategic Partnerships
Monica Chetty is Director Strategic Partnerships and has been with the company since its inception in 2015. With a career that has spanned a decade in the WA State Government’s investment attraction portfolio with C-Suite investors, her role at Pardoo Wagyu covers company marketing, brand and business development, hospitality, strategic projects and government, industry and indigenous engagement. She holds a BA Honours from the University of Reading UK (1978), and prior to coming to Australia has two decades of global market connectivity in the development of niche tourism and upscale branded hotels.

Monica has successfully led the process for Pardoo Wagyu Corporation as the first private sector proponent-led company to attain freehold through the Land Tenure Pathway for Irrigated Agriculture, with the company having received recognition as a State Significant project. She is a passionate advocate for Pardoo Wagyu with strong involvement in the company’s strategic focus, brand development and marketing in domestic and international markets and the growth of the hospitality segment.

Mr. Hossam Shabayk
Sales & Marketing Manager
Hossam joined in 2020 from Rangers Valley in Queensland. He leads the sales and marketing arm of the company, Pardoo Wagyu. He is an internationally experienced sales and commercial executive with comprehensive food industry networks in the Middle East and South East Asia and specialist knowledge of the Australian Beef industry. He has fifteen years of demonstrated success in market identification and strong growth in sales and profits in a range of geographic locations and food industry segments.

His experience has included marketing of premium beef brands in South East Asia, Europe and the Middle East Markets, customer management, supply chain optimisation and margin management with companies including Rangers Valley Cattle Station and Stanbroke in Queensland.

Mr Neville Crook
Senior Agribusiness Adviser
Neville has been advising Pardoo Beef Corporation since 2017 from Brennan Mayne Agribusiness. He combines a lifetime of practical experience in agriculture with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Rural Technology. He has 20 years’ experience as an Agronomist in cotton, grain and horticulture, 18 of those as the Emerald Branch Manager of Cotton Growers Services. Neville grew the business from a small operation, to one of the largest agricultural chemical retailers in Queensland, with a turnover exceeding $20M/annum and a seasonal crop credit book of $10M. For the past 15 years he has worked as a Finance and Agribusiness Consultant with Brennan Mayne Agribusiness, where he is a Partner, based in Emerald, Central Queensland. As a founding Director of the startup company, SwarmFarm Robotics, Neville demonstrates his leadership in this field, and appreciates the cutting-edge technology rapidly becoming available to Agriculture.

Mr Jeff Mcinnerney
General Manager Pilbara 
Jeff has managed the Pardoo Kimberley properties of Leopold, Fairfield and Mowanjum since 2019. He was appointed to head the Pilbara Operations in August 2023 leading and managing the team at Pardoo Station with a view to building a collaborative team and instilling a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect.

He has over 35 years experience in cattle production and has worked in Papua New Guinea and the Northern Territory. Jeff brings brings extensive demonstrated experience over many years providing direction for the properties including management of herd structure, cattle type, breeding and fertility program, day to day management, compliance, development and building a strong team culture.

Jeff is responsible for the overall Pardoo Operations including developing the cattle growth numbers and optimal feeding regimen and supporting the strategic intent to 2027 and beyond.

Mr Shane Dunn
General Manager Kimberley
Shane has over 40 years experience in beef cattle rangeland production systems. He has extensive background in pastoral production across the top end with early years across the Barkly tablelands and Kimberley region. His experience has been about maximising production with a focus on sustainability, animal welfare, staff development and business growth.

Shane has been a member on executive boards of the Northern Territory Cattlemen’s Association, Victoria River District Conservation Association and is currently vice chair of the Kimberley Pilbara Cattleman’s Association. Previous roles have included Superintendent for Rio Tinto Pastoral operations and GM / CEO for Kimberley Agricultural and Pastoral Company.
He is currently undertaking his MBA at Curtin University and as GM Kimberley his focus is on rangeland production in the Pardoo Wagyu herd.

Mr. Mark James
Wagyu Operations Manager
Mark James, who has been driving Pardoo’s genetic improvement over the past 5 years, now manages our Shogo Takeda Genetics Centre and Sire breeding operation in Wundowie located between Perth and Northam. Mark’s passion and performance in genetics is the result of 30 years of specialized experience at Pardoo and previously at Irongate.
