What is Pardoo?
Pardoo is a revolutionary penny auction concept. The basic idea is to offer brand new products at very attractive prices.
Every day Pardoo sell brand new top-name products at incredibly low prices in auctions that start at just $0.00 with no reserve. With each placed bid, the price of the auctioned item increases by 1 cent ($0.01). Once an auction has started and you bid, we reset the countdown back to its limit time. The countdown time may vary from just 10 seconds up to 3 minutes. If no-one else bids before the clock has reached countdown, you win the auction item at a bargain price!
How do I participate in the auctions?
It’s simple! First you need to create a free account, click here to register. Once you´ve successfully registered, you can buy some bids and get bidding straight away.
How much one bid costs?
Each bid costs just $0.60, and are available in "BidPacks" of 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 bids.
How do I bid on Pardoo?
Register for free: if you want to bid online, you´ll first need to register. Registration is easy and does not cost you anything. Just go to our registration page and follow the instructions. As part of the registration process, you will need to confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the confirmation email sent to your account.
Charge-up your account with bids: each bid costs just $0.60, available in "BidPacks" of 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 bids. Pick the size of BidPack you want and decide how you want to pay: either with a credit or debit card, or via PayPal.
Bid what you like we offer the most desirable choices: we are fully committed to doing our best to offer you the hottest and most wanted gadgets available in the markets from the leading manufactures. Once you have picked your personal favorite from our selection, go ahead just click on the "Bid now" button!
If you need to leave your computer, don´t worry - you can use the "AutoBidder" to place bids for you when you're away.
Are the auctioned products all new?
Yes, we only auction Brand New Products! We work with carefully selected partners to make sure that only the best and most desirable brands are featured on the site. All products come with relevant warranties wherever applicable.
Substitute items
On rare occasions we are no longer able to source the specific item detailed in the auction. When this happens, we will contact you and offer to send you an equivalent item of at least equal value. Many of the products we sell are high-technology items that have a short life-cycle, so often this will mean an upgrade to the newer version of the item.
Do you offer a standard guarantee on the products auctioned?
All items on Pardoo are brand new and are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty only, all product warrantees will be provided (if provided) by the actual distributors, manufacturers, and/or providers of products and/or services.
What types of auction are there?
1. Penny Auction: In a penny auction, the price rises by just one cent with each bid placed. The winning bidder has to pay the final price plus delivery costs.
2. Fixed Price Auction: If you win a Fixed Price Auction, you only pay the price indicated in the auction’s information (plus delivery costs); regardless of the level the bidding reaches.
3. 100% off: Where an auction is marked “100% off”, the winning bidder does not have to pay the final price. That’s right: the price is zero! You just need to pay the delivery charges.
When does an auction end?
An auction ends once the clock has reached countdown without a new bid being placed.
Why does the auction timer show “GOING...” just before closing or resetting the countdown timer?
It is so to make sure that every auction is closed securely and accurately. As the timer reaches zero, the technical platform, on which Pardoo runs, sends the server a request to make sure that no other bids have been received. During this time the user sees “GOING...” instead of the auction timer. The duration, for which the user sees “GOING...” on his/her screen, is dependent on the user’s CPU and the internet connection but usually takes just a few seconds.
Can I bid on the same product several times?
There is no limit to how many bids that are submitted on the same product. You can bid on the same product as many times as you wish. If you place several bids your chances of winning the product increases considerably.
Can I bid for many products at the same time?
Yes, there are no such limitations.
Can I increase the bid by more than one penny?
In order to keep prices attractive, we only allow one penny increases.
I have bought bids and there is a balance on my account. How long are my bids valid for?
All bids have no expiry. They are valid as long as the user keeps itself registered in our database.
Can I undo already submitted bids?
No. Already submitted bids cannot be undone.
Can I get a refund for unused bids?
No. Purchased bids are non refundable and hence users should only buy as many bids as they are comfortable spending on Pardoo.
How do I notice if someone raises my bid within the countdown time?
When you are leading an auction, the “Bid now!” button becomes green and a text "LEADING" appears. If someone else raises your bid, the “Bid now!” button becomes orange and you can bid again. Also, the name of the leading user appears above the button. You can check the last 5 bidders on the auction details page.
I made a bid but my name did not come up as the last bidder although the credit was deducted
Somebody has obviously overbid you. You can check the last 5 bidders on the auction details page.
Can I bid during the night?
Pardoo will at times have night auctions that run through the night, 24 hours. There are users that would like bid for exciting auctions also during the night. Tune in on Pardoo to check out the latest nights auctions. They might also come on a short notice!
BidsBack
Here's a chance to earn your bids back!
BidsBack is a bonus feature for registered users where coming first, second or third also makes you a winner. Yes! The BidsBack system allows you to win back your bids by just coming first, second or third place in an auction.
How long are the free bids valid for?
Duration of free bids vary and can range from 7 days to several months. The duration of free bid validity is at the discretion of the Pardoo team. Customer will be informed of the duration at the time they are allocated free bids.
What is AutoBidder? How does it work?
The AutoBidder at Pardoo is a tool that you can use to place bids on a particular auction while you are away from your computer. This will keep you from sacrificing your freedom while enabling you to still pursue all the items in which you are interested. Only registered users can use the AutoBidder tool.
In order to place an AutoBid, you will first need to be viewing the actual auction screen for the item in which you are interested. Once there, locate the AutoBid box on the right side of the page, below to the remaining time. You will need to decide two things before placing your AutoBid.
First, you will need to settle on a price range in which your AutoBids will take place. Determining what range to use is completely up to you. If you think there will be a lot of interest in the item, you should probably put the range higher. If you think that there may not be too many people bidding against you, you might set the range lower. Again, determining that range is completely your choice. This is, however, where watching auctions and using an appropriate strategy may be to your advantage.
The second thing that you will need to decide is how many bids you want to use. Again, you will need to strategize to determine the amount you think will win the item. Note that when you book your AutoBid, of course, you can only book as many AutoBids as you have bids in your account, so make sure your account contains what you think you will need to win.
Once you have booked your AutoBid, you...wait. Once the timer counts down just seconds remaining in the auction, and the price of the item is within the range you specified, your first AutoBid will be placed. If the timer then counts down to zero, you win. If someone else bids against you, another of your AutoBids will be placed, so long as the current price of the item is still within your specified range. This process will repeat until the item is either out of your specified price range, all of your AutoBids are exhausted or, hopefully, the auction ends with you as the winner.
To remove AutoBidder simply click on “Stop AutoBidder” button.
I’ve just won an auction. What do I do next?
Congratulations!
Just go to your account, and then go to “My winnings”; once you are there you will find two options: Exchange bids or Buy product. If you chose to exchange bids (you will be able to see the amount of bids you will receive on the bottom), they will be automatically accredited in to your account and you won't have to make any additional payments.
On the other hand, if you chose to buy the product, you will have the option to view and pay your bill. You will be able to print your bill and once you go to pay your bill you will be directed to the payment options on Pardoo.Once the payment has been received by Pardoo, we will contact you to schedule the delivery of the item.
What is the final price of the product?
We do not have any minimum prices for the auctioned products. The last price at the end of each auction is the final auction price that the winner is entitled to purchase the product. The retail price is shown next to the products to give an indication how much the product would have cost if it would be bought from high street retail stores. In addition to the final auction price we shall add delivery costs to the product.
How do I pay for the product I’ve won?
We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard and Maestro or you can do it thru PayPal.
Where are you located?
We are located in Miami, FL, USA.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States and all other countries of the Americas. At the bottom of the detail page of each auctioned item you will find shipping costs.
If you wish to participate in the Pardoo’s auction and live in another continent, please make sure that the technical characteristics of the article of your interest are suitable for functioning in your country and contact us at shipping@pardoo.com to know shipment costs.
Will I pay any delivery charges, and if so, what are they?
The lucky auction winner will pay the auction price plus the delivery cost of the product. You can see the cost at the Other information section of the each auction page.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary for the different items that we auction. Most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, with the majority of orders arriving within 14 days (28 days for international shipping) of payment. We’ll let you know as soon as your item has been dispatched.
Has my product been shipped yet?
If you still haven’t received your product and it’s more than 14 days (28 days international shipping) since you paid for your item, please contact us at shipping@pardoo.com. Most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers and will be sent soon after you have paid.
What should I do, if the item I won is faulty?
Firstly, we’re sorry that you have received an item that you are not happy with. Most of our winners have no problems with the goods, but occasionally an item might not work or may get damaged in transit. If this has happened, our aim is to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
It can sometimes be useful to check the manufacturer’s website or call their helpline – many of the most common problems are easily solved without having to return the product.
In the event that the product you received is faulty, please contact us and we’ll tell you what to do next. Please let us know the auction ID and the serial number of the product, as these help us to deal with your problem more quickly.
We work with a range of different suppliers who are happy to help identify any problems and to replace faulty items if necessary.
Please don’t send the item back to us without contacting us – this is likely to mean that it takes longer to replace your item. If your product does need replacing, we’ll contact you and let you know what to do.

Can I return an item that I have won?
We want you to enjoy the item you won, but if, for whatever reason you decide that you do not want the item, please get in touch with our customer service at customerservice@pardoo.com and we’ll explain what to do next. When you contact us, please make sure that you let us know:
- Your user name
- The auction ID of the item you won
- The reason you’d like to return the item
Please note that we can only offer a refund on the final price of the item you won and paid for, not on the cost of the bids placed on that auction, non on the delivery costs. The product that you return has to be in the same condition to when you received it and are still in its original packaging.
Can I get a refund on an item that I have won?
If, within 14 days of delivery, you decide you no longer want the item, we will be happy to refund the final price that you paid, non on the delivery costs; the product that you return has to be in the same condition to when you received it and are still in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service at customerservice@pardoo.com for details of what to do, making sure to include the auction ID and your user name. Note that we are unable to refund the cost of any bids placed during the auction or the return shipping costs.
How can I pay for my bids?
Pick the right BidPack you want and choose your preferred way to pay; you can pay for your BidPacks by credit or debit card, via PayPal or ClickandBuy.
We accept most common credit and debit cards like Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and Discover Card.
How can I pay for auctions I’ve won?

How secure are your payment methods?
Your privacy and security are very important to us. We use high-security encoding (SSL) to protect your payment details when processing your online payments. We won’t store your credit cards details at Pardoo.

Why isn't the countdown working properly?
It is probably due to a bad internet connection or it may be because the page is not fully loaded. Try to refresh (Ctrl +F5).
I registered an account, but I haven't received an activation email!
The email should arrive within 15 minutes. If you don't receive it within that time, then contact us at customerservice@pardoo.com, but don't forget to check your junk/spam folder!
What can I do to improve my chances of winning?
1. Get comfortable with the site; read the FAQ's, and the Terms and Conditions. They include very useful information. Try out our AutoBidder function, where you can set your personal Pardoo account to bid for you. Have also a look at the 'My Account' section of the website, once you are logged in.
2. Choose a view that you are comfortable with. As a customer one can choose to view the regular home page view and the product view.
· Home page view is the page that is displayed when one sees the page for the first time. For a larger viewing area press F11 to view Pardoo in a full screen.
· Under our product view users can inform themselves about specific product information such as product specifications, shipping & handling fees or other useful information. Here you can also find more picture of the product. Very interesting information here is also the last five bidders that have bid for the product.
3. Place your bids using a certain strategy; bid early, late or always on top. Keep your eyes always focused on the countdown timer. Don’t bid too late though - you might miss out on a mega deal!
4. Use AutoBidder to your advantage; leave it on at times when you are away from your PC. It is also a useful tool to exhaust the competition.
5. Remember that you can view the last five bidders from the products specific page. You can observe and even record that data in order to know your competition better. Understanding your competition is a very important aspect of winning, we advise you to:
· Start bidding with less valuable products as fewer numbers of bidders tend to be interested in lower value products.
· Try to concentrate your bidding on one or a few items. Placing bids randomly is not a good strategy.
· Understand how other bidders place their bids and what time of the day they are bidding. Pardoo is to a large extent about timing, so perhaps you can work out the best time to come and win a bargain!
· Bid at the right time of day, the number of bidders varies throughout the day. Bidders can use this to pick up bargains by bidding when others are busy having breakfast, working or taking the dog for a walk.
Responsible Bidding Guide:
Online purchasing activities are becoming increasingly popular as they become recognized as “a fun and exciting way of purchasing”. It is our intention that Pardoo is used in this way and we take our responsibility towards helping our customers to have a positive experience very seriously.
At Pardoo we understand that there is risk, albeit very remote, that taking part in one of the offered auctions can lead to personal and social distress if, for example, excessive time being spent on the site, and reducing time left to be spent with family and friends. In this regard, Pardoo assumes its responsibility to provide relevant information to ensure that the offered auctions contribute to the customer’s experience in a positive way.
Please take time to observe following guidelines:
1. Take regular breaks between buying activities.
2. Decide a monthly budget in advance as your own personal limit. Do not increase the maximum limit which you have decided for yourself later on.
3. Before you start participating in a product purchase, decide the number of bids you are willing to place or determine a price at which you will not raise the bid further.
4. Never participate under the influence of alcohol or medication, or if you are in a depressive mood.
5. Bid only when you are fully rested and concentrated.
